Individualized Nutrition Plans

Nutritional Counseling

This service begins with a one-on-one counseling session during which your nutritional goals are determined and reviewed. We will analyze and discuss height and weight measurements, laboratory results, activity levels, and current food intake to develop an appropriate meal plan and recommended activities that will help you to achieve your goals.

Follow up visits may include habit modification, food diary analysis, menu planning, recipe modifications, shopping education, work-out advice, as well as guidance for dining out and eating at work or on vacation.

Initial Nutrition visits are 60 minutes; follow up visits are 30 minutes.

Grocery Store Tours

Many of my patients have requested, and greatly benefited from, a 60 minute private tour of their local grocery store. Learn which aisles contain the healthiest foods and which ones you can do without, what information on labels should be checked and considered, and what are proper portion sizes.
