Meet Michele Ruderman, Registered Dietitian

Michele Ruderman is registered with the American Dietetic Association and is a Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist with both Connecticut and New York states. She is also certified by the American Dietetic Association in Weight Management.

Michele has a wide range of experience and a great deal of success in counseling on weight loss, kidney disease, diabetes, coronary artery disease, hormonal issues and corporate wellness. Her practice is approved by many insurance programs.

Michele opened her private practice in Nutrition Counseling after years of experience as a Clinical and Renal dietitian at the Westchester Medical Center the Westchester Artificial Kidney Center , the Association of Retarded Citizens, the Mount Vernon Neighborhood Health Center and the Saint Agnes Hospital Center. Michele has consulted with Infectious Disease Physicians, Chiropractors, Internal Medicine Physicians as well as Sports Physical Therapists since 2001.

She is a 1993 graduate of Pace University with a BA in Human Relations, a 2000 graduate of the Lehman College Didactic Program in Dietetics, and a 2001 graduate of the Westchester Medical Center Dietetics Internship Program.

Michele has lectured and led programs on weight loss, healthy nutrition, combined diet and exercise modalities, and corporate wellness health initiatives.
